About a year ago I came to see Dr. Brian at River city chiropractic in Spokane Valley. I had an immense amount of pain in my right leg and was training for some endurance events in the coming months. I didn't know what a Chiropractic did. Now I know a chiropractic works with the bones in my back, and does some adjustment. The adjustment consists in some little hammering in my spine, and some pulling here and there all done by the chiropractic. This treatment and the addition of some home exercise have work wonders in my back and neck. I have felt much better since I started seeing Dr. Brian. I have had alot of neck and shoulder pain before I came to see Dr Brian and now I have less pain and more flexibility. I use to take about 3 ibuprofen before bed and I don't need it anymore. I also like his flexible schedule and never a problem to change your appointment . I had a hurting back from gardening work for over a month and finally decided to go to a chiropractor for the first time. My back no longer hurts, for starters -- but I love their holistic approach to improving back health and overall health.
