I enjoy my adjustments and really appreciate the thoroughness of care I have received. Dr. Brian doesn't just adjust you he also devises rehab exercises and counsels on healthy nutrition. All of which are very important to one's bodily integrity.
I have been to many chiropractors over the past few years and I am very lucky to have found Dr. Brian. He takes exe-rays to get a starting point. He compares your spine to a healthy spine. When I went in my neck only had 7% curve, (should have @ 43-45%), and 7 subluxations. After 90 days of care my neck has 20% and 3 subluxations and continuing to get better! I highly recommend River City Chiropractic Spokane Valley!
These people are great! Not only does Dr. Brian really know what he's doing, he is great at explaining what is going on and what the plan is to fix it. Liz the office manager is personable and kind - she always remembers my name and give me tips and tricks with both in office and at home exercises. Totally feel like a valued individual here, AND I'm getting my back and neck issues resolve in a very noticeable way!
Best thing I did for myself in 2020 was find River City Chiropractic. I’m always looking forward to going and love that I can bring my toddler with me as well. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come here.

Dr. Brian is a great teacher! He does a thorough job of explaining what he sees in the x-rays and how he will approach treatment. The home exercises are a game changer! I am so much more flexible in my neck and back since starting to see Dr. Brian and doing the exercises.
