It's a good place to live. There is a couple of things I would like to have done but I haven't asked but they take care of everything you asked
I've lived here over 17 years and really can't complain about anything, but if I wanted to, I would complain about parking, specially when neighbors have friends over, the friends just park everywhere, and regular residents have to park elsewhere, which is not good. I'm talking about living in the townhouse area of riverchase. Neighbors need to be more aware of the others that live around them. Other than that, living here is an awesome place to live.
