You won't get back your security deposit. This is even if you clean the place yourself. The company does not show any leniency towards those having financial troubles even though they have a job. There late fees are outrageous and should be illegal. The state of Indiana needs Laws that prevent price gouging for very low quality management in facility treatment I personnel. For what it is a standard apartment complex. It's not really all that bad.
I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live. The manager and staff here are very unproffesional, they dont fix any problems we have in our home. We have now had TWO windows broke out of two different cars in the parking lot due to mowers that run over rocks and shoot them into peoples cars. We contacted the manager about this and we got laughed at. They have no respect for anyones personal property and offered zero help at all. by far the best first place ive ever lived on my own.... i highly recommend river chase theyre friendly and the apartment are nice and my neighbors as well
