I have lived here since 2009. There have been many upgrades and it is a very safe community. Maintenance is good...esp. the foreman, Mark. The rent is expensive and mine went up $140.00 this year.Last year it went up $130.00. That is my mai complaint. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

Jennifer and Heather are THE BEST staff I've ever dealt with! Doing everything to help me and meet my needs for my apartment. I have a gorgeous one bed room renovated apartment on the first floor and I love it. The view of the pond is specular and it's super quite. I've never had any problems with noise, maintenance, or even other residents. I defiantly recommend River Bluff of Lexington Apartments!!

I moved into this Complex in 2012, and couldn't ask for a better resident to live in. keep up the good work and even though I've moved on I will always send people to you if they're looking for an apartment to live in!

Hello I haven't been to River Bluff of Lexington but I'll be headed over there this summer after I see my momma in Montana I'll check it out and I'll let you know although I don't know what you want to know Lord knows I've built plenty of houses and apartment complexes in my lifetime
