I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone! The hammocks are one of my favorite things about the property since it is right near all the other amentities and overlooks the fountain so it is very relaxing!

River Bluff is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and very quick to help. There is a dog park that is always full of toys and things for the dogs to do. The pool is always kept clean and is surrounded by cabanas, hammocks, and even a putting green. I have never had an issue with any of the staff and they alway have an inviting smile on their face. I would recommend River Bluff to anyone!

Poor poor.... really bad experience since the day number 1 so unprofessional, very poor customer service, you pay a lot of rent and they don't even give you the service you deserve. As a "luxury" complex I rate them a 0000
First, I had three flooding issues during my 3 months stay there. Needless to say, staff promised each time issues were fixed but same old things happened and it flooded every time it rained. Yes, they will lie through their teeth to say they have done everything they can and each time it was different issue. First time they gave me $25 gift cards, second time one night at near by hotel, and third time NOT A thing. There was more damages to our belongings than what they had t...Continue Reading

Not anything like you expect. Says on thing for monthly rent but you pat extra for water, sewer and trash.
