It is very difficult to get a hold of this establishment regardless of voicing my opinions of not being able to contact them to even make an appointment let alone cancel it if needed. I would be on the phone waiting for up to an hour, sometimes it’s inconvenient to drive to the office which is why calling would be more hassle free but unfortunately it is not with this place.

i just paid for a follow up Nothing was done except a referral. This could have been done over the phone. i just witnessed 💰 over care.

This is a terrible office. Staff is so rude. Seriously if you want to wait for ever and get treated horribly, this is the place.

My 7 month old son was misdiagnosed with a ear infection for 4 months now and they gave him meds to get ride of an infection that he never had. His doctor was to dam lazy to pull out the ear wax that was making it hard to hear. How can you call your self a doctor when you can't even get a dam ear infection rite. 4 months of antibiotics and pain meds which was prescribed to my 7 month old. I'll make sure no other BABIES go though this again

Thanks for denying my thyroid meds that I have been on for 19 years. I didn’t want to take them anyway.

" . . hello . .", anybody there? On hold 14 minutes, told three times how important my call was (new patient) the next voice I heard was the one that says "good bye".
