Living here. Peaceful community and management is very vigilant.
They collected application fee and disappeared. tried calling them multiple times but no response. this looks like a scam.
Small diamond in rough Ft Dupont area.
I live there it's good, quiet at night no garage disposal, or dishwasher but still a good place for the price. $$
This was the worst decision to move to this property. Doors is always broken, there are only 2 washers and dryers per building which is always packed. There are bugs, rats, and spiders here like clock work. Cars get broken into often enough. Your personal business spreeds from the office to the residents. Yavonne Wooten the property manager refuse to do anything. She will eat and smack in your face while you’re expressing you concerns. She’s too concern with her looks and the male residents .
