I submitted an application for this upcoming spring; River Bend made me pay $20 to submit, then I was told by Bryan with River Bend Apartments "we do not know our availability. We do not hold applications for that long." So apparently planning to move in the late spring is too far ahead for this LLC. Additionally, I was told I would need to pay another $20 application fee when reapplying to the future. Lived here for 4 years, love it, the location is perfect, price is on point and never had any issues with neighbors or management. Feels like a hidden gem of an apartment
Lived here for a little over three years in a 2BR with my partner. Pros: In-unit W/D, no-fee parking (one underground spot included), and spacious floorplans for a very reasonable price. Rent barely went up at all over the course of three years. The location is private, adjacent to the arboretum, and near biking trails. Noise from the Beltline was very minimal. Extremely trashy place. Hear gunshots at night. Garbage piles up and maintenance never comes for basic issues. Presented this to the landlord, Beth Baty, and she shrieked at me
