I moved here from IL two years ago and Beth made the move so easy for me! The maintenance staff is always quick to repairs. I truly wish I didn't have to move out because I absolutely loved it here! Even with dealing with my sub lease Beth helped make the process so easy and answered my billion questions. I highly recommend moving here if you are looking for a place! The price and size of the apartment are by far the best in the area!
I lived at the River Bend Apartments for 2 years. It is a good location, very quiet and overall a great place to live. The management team including the business manager (Beth) and maintenance staff are great people and a pleasure to work with! Anyone looking for a well-priced single bedroom apartment I would highly recommend the River Bend Apartments!
To all student renters, this apartment has a lowest income limitation, and all students' stipend won't meet this requirement. So don't waste your money and time on this.
