I never leave with unanswered questions and tend to learn something new at every visit. They are very accommodating, especially to pets that may not particularly like going to the vet or being around other pets. Will be moving to the Iowa side soon and I will go out of my way to continue taking my pets to them.
I have had many different vet clinics and have not been satisfied with them. At riverbend the vets are all happy to see the animals and all the techs make it feel safe with other animals around. The prices are great, and they care about any questions u have about the health of your animals.
Been coming here for about 20 years now . The Dr's are wonderful and really care . I have never thought they rushed thru any appointment . They really spend the time with you to talk and make sure you understand things if necessary. Betty out front is wonderful also.
Dr Keener is awesome. Takes the extra time to explain things when you have questions and is so good with my dogs. I have had an animal all of my life and for all 37 years have been taking them here!
