I had to deal with Aron Smay. Along with others noting how he tends to ignore people. He also will try to retaliate when cornered/caught. Has issues when having to deal with women. Lies left and right. Will go out of his way NOT to do his job and will argue with you if you bring up anything. He can't ever get "approval" to get anything repaired, but magically can for things NOT broken. (New building door, hall lights etc). Aaron Bubenheim and Ross Phillips are just as useless as well.
