Just an FYI for all the unexpected people that are looking to Riva Ridge for a secure place to call home. I was a contractor for this company and my tools were stolen from one of there properties and I just want you to think about this, if my tools are not safe in a locked residential property, how safe do you think you and your family are?? Hope this helps you when your making a decision on a safe and secure home for you and your family

I had to deal with Aron Smay. Along with others noting how he tends to ignore people. He also will try to retaliate when cornered/caught. Has issues when having to deal with women. Lies left and right. Will go out of his way NOT to do his job and will argue with you if you bring up anything. He can't ever get "approval" to get anything repaired, but magically can for things NOT broken. (New building door, hall lights etc). Aaron Bubenheim and Ross Phillips are just as useless as well.
