Therapy is expensive and so few groups take insurance. AND many of the groups who take insurance have mediocre therapists and counselors. I began with Riva Mental Health about 6 months ago. It has been great. I did initially meet with my therapist in person and then we switched to online via video call. Unlike previous therapists at groups who take insurance, D (not sure if I should post her name) is very proactive and responsive to my questions, concerns, and has explained how we are moving forward and how she hopes to help... read more
When you enter in to the office of Riva health. It’s a very a beautifully decorated and it’s new building. Very welcoming. Love the whole setup and the Therphy rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. I had a great experience with my therapist Porter. I felt so comfortable on my first visit I was offered a my favorite sparkling water. I highly recommend Riva health. Thank you Riva health for creating a very private and safe space for Therphy.
I can wholeheartedly give Riva mental health a five star rating. From the intake form until my first appointment, the communication was fantastic. I had the extraordinary good luck to be paired up with Rachael Silver for my therapist. She’s deeply skilled, caring, and very empathetic. Rachael provided me with the tools that I needed, and will continue to benefit me for a lifetime.
I can’t express how much I appreciate Riva and how good it’s been for me. Seem less processing of my insurance and match with the fantastic therapist
From the get-go, I have never had a team of receptionists and helper professionals go to the lengths Riva Mental Health has gone to accommodate my family's needs. Originally, I was going to seek a location closer to our home, but I was so impressed with their initiative that I chose to seek services here for my son. It's worth the extra drive to a mental health clinic that honestly values the relationship with their clients
