I went to Watercolors for the first time based on what I read on the website. I booked a hair cut manicure and pedicure. The hair cut - I told the stylist to cut about an inch and re shape my short hair cut. Half way through I saw she was only taking about 1.4 inch off. I told her I need more length off as it had been a while since I had it cut. She said she was afraid to cut it too short. She went back and cut another 1/4 inch off. Not short enough....
