Had an amazingly wonderful experience with Ritz Jewelers, right before Christmas. Needed an Aquamarine solitaire in White Gold, for the Holidays. Patrick and his father, Hampy, put together a beautiful ring, on the spot, and met my budget, as well. They treated me like family, with such grace and respect. No upsell, no hustle. Visited July 3rd towards the end of the day looking for a reasonable priced sapphire ring for my 45 wedding anniversary. Hoping to spend around $3000.00. Patrick and his father were very accommodating. They showed me several pieces in my price range. No attempt to up-sell, but stayed within my budget. I chose a beautiful Celanese Sapphire that I knew my wife would love. They offered to resize the ring as I knew it was too small. Came back the next Friday with my wife.
