Poor service and communication. Ordered drinks outside at bar! - 20 minutes later (no response by outside staff) had to cancel and keep moving. Parking is absurd. $30 is a joke. All in all, a bad experience.
My wife surprised me by booking The Ritz-Carlton. I spent the weekend of September 22 with my family to celebrate my birthday. We have visited Half-moon Bay many times over the past years, but this is the first time experiencing the gorgeous views from this part of the beach. We had a wonderful time staying in a suite at the Ritz making this one of the most memorable birthdays. Thank you to my Family and The Ritz-Carlton.

We really love the private firepit on the patio of our room. As usual the service is excellent. But Monica at the conservatory restaurant excels and exceeds your already high standards.

Location, location, location! Breathtaking views anywhere you look! This is a laid back chic country style with excellent staff, a creatively great culinary team and lots of space to just cozy into a lounge chair around a fire pan and a blanket and glass of wine. Very nice!

The Ritz was one of our stops for my niece's 18th birthday celebration. We were just dropping in for the view, a cocktail for the adults and a snack. We were greeted with most professional, friendly staff ever. Their smiles made us feel welcome and at home. We sat at the outside patio enjoying the view and amazing drinks. There was one delicious drink that stood out above all the others, the Siren. It was beautiful and sooo tasty. It had frozen fruit cubes that changed the flavor as they melts. We celebrated our anniversary here this weekend. The service was excellent. Best service I have ever had at any ritz or resort hands down. Very comfortable vibe. Anything we asked for we got, and fast! I recommend this resort and will be coming back to relax!
