Yet again another amazing experience. After a year of social distancing I am happy to be back at my favorite weekend escape! Thank you to Brittany and Jean-Pierre at the spa/pool for going over and beyond with making my stay here Level 10. Brittany accommodated a last minute spa service, reserved a daybed and Jean-Pierre never let me wait for anything. The hotel is absolutely stunning and I love the private spa pool for adults. I look forward to my next trip at RC Grande Lakes!

Each time we come to Grande Lakes Ritz the service is impeccable. The executive suite is AMAZING, newly renovated the furniture was contemporary yet so classic at the same time. Top notch experience every time. Highly recommend the splurge.

This resort is stunning! The staff is very helpful and the resort itself is very clean. I would recommend waiting until they are done with construction before going here. It was a little difficult to relax by the pool with all the noise. I would also recommend calling ahead about the hours of the on-site restaurants. Some of the dinning options were closed Mon-Wed and this is not listed on their website. The construction goes on pretty much all day right behind the pool. No one mentioned this when we booked our stay.
