great weekend lots of fun
Our family attended the High Tea event for Mother’s Day. The servers were so nice and attentive. The food was excellent�They presented every one with a nice gift�� Many thx for a perfect day��
We had an amazing Christmas 🎄 dinner.

Seriously the worst Ritz Carlton property ever-from arrival to departure. There are only about 5 employees carrying the balance of their poorly trained, poorly mannered team.
After making a gentleman at the front desk aware of a minor issue he followed up the next day. After learning it hadn’t been taken care of yet, he personally took care of it and gave us a lovely gift of coffee mugs and chocolates for the (very minor) inconvenience. Justin J. was extremely helpful and professional about the situation. I had an amazing breakfast in my room.
