Fantastic experience! Room, restaurants and spa were first class. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay! Amazing staff going above and beyond to make every guest feel special. I've stayed at several properties in addition to Orlando; Amelia Island, Sarasota, and Naples. The Ritz-Carlton never disappoints. Looking forward to my next getaway at Grand Lakes!
