Had a spa day with my sister. Shaun Kahn went above and beyond in service and kindness!! Didn't realize such awesome people existed in the world �- Eileen
The pool side service was terrible. Had wait for 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order and I had to go and find someone. Ordered a carafe of $70 wine and had to ask to put it on ice and a plastic Budweiser bucket was brought. I expected more from the Ritz.
The pool and fitness center are great. The individual rooms at the JW Marriott next door are very ordinary. For example, the shower was leaky and not powerful and took forever to warm up. The plate of numbers on the elevator was rusty and almost couldn't be read. WiFi was extremely spotty. If you're here for vacation, especially with kids, they will enjoy it. It's not really great of you're looking for a good business hotel.
we went to eat at Norman's. the food was excellent and the staff were all perfect. very attentive to customers, very personal and always making good recommendations for food, wine and desserts. Milo and his crew of host, waiters and waitresses are the best.
Golf would have been 5 star but work around the greens knocked a star off. Great property and lunch was great too.
Absolutely love this place. Will definitely stay again. The service is beyond awesome. Thanks Ritz-Carlton.
From a facilities perspective, I have been happy with our stay, but unfortunately, I have found the quality of service and attentiveness of the staff to be quite unlike that of other R-C properties. On a positive note, the chicken wings at H&H were possibly the best I’ve ever tasted.

My child was served juice in a chipped glass..Highly irresponsible staff at F&B. Never going to recommend such fake five stars who dont take care of basics. We pay a lot for such bad service..Shame on u guys !
