Nice place to stay. All the employees were nice and attentive. Pool was really big. Rooms were comfortable.
Everything is perfect! The building, the interior, the cleanliness, the helpful service and of course the staff.
Matt at the front desk was wonderful. But please get rid of the horrible pumped in smell. Highly allergic!!!

Debbie provided the most fantastic service, accommodations, and care to my family and I. She turned a cancelled flight / weekend in NYC into an amazing staycation in Orlando that only would have been possible at a Ritz-Carlton. I’ve been to 7 Ritz-Carltons thus far and service has always been great, however that at the Orlando, Grande Lakes is head and shoulders above the rest. Will definitely return!
Beautiful resort with the friendliest staff and amazing food!!! Very clean and the added touches and thoughtfulness of the amenities makes it an amazing experience. Definitely recommend!
Awesome Hotel with superior service and wonderful fireworks last night! Best Spa experience and pool bar none.
