I traveled from Abbeville, Louisiana to Houston on business. That evening my party and I went to the Ritz for dinner and entertainment. Sheyla Navarrete waited on us the entire evening. She was great, very attentive, punctual, with a super personality.

I celebrated my 51st Birthday this past Saturday 8/21. The entire staff were very friendly, professional, attentive and obliged my 80’s Rock theme party. The food, drinks, music, entertainment, staff and atmosphere made for a perfect evening for my close friends and family. Thank you to the wonderful staff of The Ritz for going above and beyond and helping make my celebration a success.

Hospitality sucks. I didn’t feel welcome at all. The ladies just walked by me all night an I wanted to party. So I took my money else where to party
