This was a very pleasant buying experience. The car was as advertised, the dealer easy going and friendly. The negotiated price was reasonable for both.

Excellent experience. We are from out of state and the folks used face time for 30+ minutes to enable my wife to test all the features. They also stayed late (we flew into Dallas and were delayed) ensuring we could pick up the vehicle. The sale, financing, and registration went smoothly and they weee very responsive. I would buy from Ritz again without hesitation.
