Used to love this salon. But today I have a hunk of hair that is about an inch long sticking straight up in the back of my head like Alfalfa. I will never come back.

My stepson and son were in need of a good hair cut. We walked into Ritual on a whim to see if they had availability. They did, and we were scheduled to see Jessica Mudd. She gave 2 amazing haircuts! For some reason we have had a hard time finding someone to cut my son's hair without clippers. Jessica is now our new stylist for the boys...we couldn't be happier!
