My family had our first haircuts at Rituals yesterday & we are hooked! Kailey took the best care of us! I'm absolutely thrilled to have found Kailey, she is sweet as she could be, listened to all of our wants & delivered. We all got exactly what we wanted & will most definitely be going back.
Emily is a magician and has an amazing personality too! I love my haircut/style � I will definitely go back to her again.

I was worked in for a haircut same day which was much appreciated! Kayla did a great job with my cut. The salon in upscale and well designed. But.....I do not like to be pressured to buy products. If I say, No Thank you, I don't like to be asked multiple times. I'm sure the stylists are required to push product. AND, I just noticed that I was charged a $1 "Environmentally Green Fee"! I was not told about this, nor was I asked. I cannot recommend Rituals Salon.
