Victoria and the whole staff at Rituals are amazing and welcoming! I always leave loving my hair and feeling confident!!
They say “How can I make it up to you?” and then ghosts you. They don’t care about their customers and definitely far from what they preach!!!! They have absolutely no idea what customer service is. The whole time I was there, everyone was just talking about their personal life out loud. I don’t mind it but it got to the point where my head started hurting. Very rough while touching my head and cut the hair I specifically asked not to. I still tipped 20% and didn’t say anything but never going there again.
I would highly recommend this shop. The shop has a great vibe. The staff were very welcoming. Victoria was great. The absolute best haircut I have ever had. My color is awesome. I love that Victoria took the time to teach me how to care for my curly hair. I very grateful and will definitely be back. Thank you, Victoria.
