We for Delivery online and of the 6 desserts we ordered the two they forgot were for the two young children. Beyond disappointing because they will not answer the phone and we have no way to make it right but reordering again. This is terrible and there is no good way you can explain the forgotten items to kids. We gave the kiddos the grown up choices but it is not the same as the kids choices. Big let down for my first try at Ritters.

Love, love this place! Custard is the best hands down and such a variety of flavors. This is a hidden gem in Katy.
Last two times I have been there, ice cream has been semi-melted/watery when served. Worst of all, we had little ones who wanted to ride the mechanical rides...one ride worked, another did not, and we were not wasting another 50 cents to test the others out. Kids at window said they could not refund our money and WOULD NOT put an Out-of-Order sign sign on it. So, beware, SOMEONE is making money off of the broken equipment..and they KNOW it is broken!
