Melissa never stop! From moving garbage, to cleaning snow, to watering plants, to keeping the common area of the building very clean, she is amazing. She is a keeper! Ricardo and Melissa Britto are doing a great job of keeping the facility clean, and looking respectable which makes us feel good to come home. Thank you Britto Team!Â
I recently moved to Rittenhouse Place Apartments at 7 Rittenhouse Road, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first visit to see the apartment, through the lease signing process, and finally moving in, everything was handled in a very smooth, professional, and welcoming way. This apartment is the BEST ! Very quiet & comfortable building. Everybody is respectful. Management truly care about the buildings residents. They treat residents like family. The front lobby is decorated for Halloween and Christmas which is a special touch and residents enjoyed a full catered Christmas Dinner. Buildings are well maintained as are the grounds. Any repair requests are handled quickly. I love my large balcony, in suite laundry & beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend !!!Â
