As my lease comes to an end I will greatly miss time at Rittenhouse Apartments. The property managers, Ricky, Emily and Mellissa are among some of the best people you will meet let alone property managers. I would recommended anyone looking for living to consider Rittenhouse.
$5,000 + for flooring replacement and “deep cleaning” after moving out. The flooring issue involved only a few panels shifting, which appeared consistent with normal wear and tear from years of regular use — not damage requiring full replacement of the entire unit’s flooring. I requested: move-in and move-out inspection photos, proof of the flooring age, and documentation showing why repair wasn’t possible instead of full replacement. Very poorly managed. No one ever picks up the office phone. It always goes to a number where even the voicemail has not been set up.Never responds to requests sent via RentCafe either. The entire management team is missing-in-action. If you need something there's simply no way to contact them. Do not give them your money!
Melissa never stop! From moving garbage, to cleaning snow, to watering plants, to keeping the common area of the building very clean, she is amazing. She is a keeper! Ricardo and Melissa Britto are doing a great job of keeping the facility clean, and looking respectable which makes us feel good to come home. Thank you Britto Team!
I recently moved to Rittenhouse Place Apartments at 7 Rittenhouse Road, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
