Very poorly managed. No one ever picks up the office phone. It always goes to a number where even the voicemail has not been set up.Never responds to requests sent via RentCafe either. The entire management team is missing-in-action. If you need something there's simply no way to contact them. Do not give them your money!
Melissa never stop! From moving garbage, to cleaning snow, to watering plants, to keeping the common area of the building very clean, she is amazing. She is a keeper! Ricardo and Melissa Britto are doing a great job of keeping the facility clean, and looking respectable which makes us feel good to come home. Thank you Britto Team!
I recently moved to Rittenhouse Place Apartments at 7 Rittenhouse Road, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. This apartment is the BEST ! Very quiet & comfortable building. Everybody is respectful. Management truly care about the buildings residents. They treat residents like family. The front lobby is decorated for Halloween and Christmas which is a special touch and residents enjoyed a full catered Christmas Dinner. Buildings are well maintained as are the grounds. Any repair requests are handled quickly. I love my large balcony, in suite laundry & beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend !!!
