The wait is extremely long, My appointment was at 11:15am I arrived at 11am, it’s 1230pm and all of the patients here had appointments within the 11 o clock hour and are still in the waiting room. Meanwhile the receptionist just called my previous doctors office to get my office notes. She also held on to my DL and insurance card for over 45 mins.
