I just had an outstanding first visit with Leslie Saltzman. She was patient and very thorough. I appreciate her taking additional time with me to listen and address my concerns. I am so impressed with her knowledge and ability to share information in a digestible manner. Not only that, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. I am so happy I found this practice and Dr. Saltzman specifically. Thank you for a wonderful first appointment.
I’ve been going here for several years. Don’t bother! I’ve been shuffled around to various Drs in the practice, sometimes without notice. Everyone good leaves this place within a few months. I recently was trying to get a refill on necessary daily medication and I couldn’t get it in a timely manner. My pharmacy tried them, then I sent a request through their Healow app, then I called (and at this point I was down to one pill left!) and they still couldn’t get anyone to take care of it! The facility is very rude and overall unprofessional. There is a small percentage of the employees who do show genuine concern and care; however, the latter are merely have no form of etiquette. Also if you are a black woman I would strongly urge you not to come to this facility, they look at you with disgust and don’t even want to touch you to conduct proper evaluation. The service was very bad. Also bad behavior from woman her name Mira and other workers there I don’t I device you go there they cheated me and didn’t get my money back shame. I don’t recommended.
