It should have been clear to me from the very beginning that Dr. Sheres had no training or experience in cosmetic dentistry.. He showed me magazine pictures as examples , but I could tell the pictures in the magazines were impossible to achieve in my mouth because I show no gum when I smile. My concern was that my lower teeth were dark and crocked and my upper teeth were too short and never showed at all.. Dr. Sheres and the staff are very personable and professional. The office is well run - I've never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. The staff is friendly during the appointment, always reviews my history and asks for updates, and seems concerned about lifestyle and medical updates that might impact my treatment. I've had standard cleanings / checkups, and cavities filled. All of these procedures have been painless, and I've never had any following complications or pain. Dr, Sheres offers excellent treatment in a very relaxed environment. With each visit he provides a comprehensive plan for future care. He prioritizes each issue and offers his professional opinion without pressure. All the while he will keep you abreast of costs that will not be covered by insurance. His hygienist, assistant, and office staff are friendly and accomodating. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Sheres for all dental treatment...necessary and cosmetic.
He is a wonderful doctor who really cares about the health and look of your teeth. He is a perfectionist when it comes to esthetic front teeth and dental veneers.
Dr. Sheres is the BEST dentist I have ever gone to. I had not been to a dentist in 5 years due to anxiety and lack of insurance so my teeth were in bad shape which only added to my anxiety. Dr. Sheres and his team are wonderful. I can't believe this, but I actually look forward to going. The coolest thing about the Dr. is that you can tell he cares about your teeth as much as you do (or should).
Dr. Sheres and his staff are very friendly and always make me feel relaxed. They always seem to be on schedule, so no long wait times (the most I have ever waited is 5-10 minutes). I had cosmetic work done on my front teeth (bonding removed and replaced), and Dr. Sheres made me feel so comfortable about it since I was so anxious and nervous.
