My home warrenty company sent them to my home to fix my garbage disposal that Rite away plumbing previously installed thier self. I have had nothing but problems with the garbage disposal. I asked them how much it would cost for a service call. I was told it is a 140 dollars by the technician. So I went through my home warrenty company. To save 40 dollars. Choosing one star only because I have to. I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Before I contacted my Home WArranty Plan (who dispatched Rite a Way Plumbing Services) I tried to determine where the leak was and discovered it was coming from the kitchen faucet. The first tech they sent (despite telling him what I thought) said he only need to twist the dishwasher airator cap. I had a water heater leaking and called Rite Away Plumbing come replace the leaking unit. They were very professional and advised me that the problem was only a hose connection. It was repaired in minutes and my worries about an expensive water heater replacement were unfounded. What a pleasant surprise! I would highly recommend this company anytime!!
