One of the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I stood in line for an hour for them to close in from of a large group of seniors trying to pick up meds. Unethical!
Rite aid market street Johnstown is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and I've used rite aid as my personal pharmacy for as long as I can remember. They very seldom answer the phones. I understand people don't want to work right now or whatever but I went to rite aid yesterday in a hurry so I wasn't late for work. The med I was needing for my mom somehow got messed up in the transfer. So the pharmacy technician behind the counter told me she would call the other pharmacy for me to get it sent over. Market street Johnstown pa location is great , their pharmacy is very quick👍average wait time is 15 minutes . But SCALP AVE avg daily wait time is OVER 2hrs, many times more than that.
