Rite Aid Ballston Ave Saratoga Springs store has helpful, friendly staff and a wide variety of goods. They were decorating for Christmas (before Thanksgiving?? grrrr) so some aisles were a bit disheveled - but not blocked. Pharmacy and staff are wonderful - knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating.
Helpful & pleasant store staff. Friendly pharmacist -- and these days, that's not a given. Good store. Clean, too. The only improvement I'd suggest is a wider selection of inventory on the shelves, but I found most of what I was looking for.

I concur with Ms. White's thoughts on the blonde woman in the pharmacy below. Her name is Denise, I believe. I stopped in to buy some items that we have purchased from this Rite Aid Pharmacy four to five times a year, for the past 15-20 years. That woman cut me off and said that that store had never sold those items, never. I told her I just purchased the items four or five weeks ago, again she cut me off and said the store had never sold them, ever. She argued with me about it for five minutes. Finally, I just left.
