The pharmacist didn’t know what I was talking about over the phone when I asked if they had Freestyle Libre 3 sensors in stock, and then got weird and rude when I came to see about them in person. It was the strangest interaction I’ve ever had with a pharmacist, possibly even the strangest customer service interaction I’ve had in my entire life. I sincerely hope I never have to deal with this guy again.
I really appreciate Rite Aid. They have the prescriptions I need and accept Good RX which gives me a huge savings on my very expensive Migraine prescription. The store is also very clean and the prices are typically lower than other pharmacies like CVS.
So much better than other pharmacies in the area. Friendly & helpful employees.
This Rite Aid store is terrible. Every time I go to fill certain prescriptions I get EVERY month, they are out of stock. When they do get them in, you have to have them filled at Rite Aids convenience. The pharmacy staff makes you feel like they are doing you a favor by filling or refilling any prescriptions. They have a woman who works at the register that doesn’t speak English, which would not be bad if she could even answer basic questions.
