We recently built a new home and purchased approximately $40,000 worth of tile and wood flooring from Ritchie’s Carpet Warehouse. The ordering process went smoothly. During the job, the installation plan changed and part of the design was switched to concrete. As a result, a portion of the tile ordered for the project was no longer needed, it was not leftover material. The amount we asked about returning was roughly $1,000 worth.
