Not good service Don't even go to this place . The service manager Don (the bone head) Mcpherson Cant manage a toilet bowl . I bought a 05 denali he had a tech transfer tire from one vehicle to another. I found out later the tech was blamed for doing so by the sale manager and was fired. what an Azs hole.
Worst mechanic experience ever! Paid $2k and car doesn't run We took my daughter's car to Janzen for repairs. It died while she was driving. They first replaced the starter, then the flywheel, then the timing belt (the only thing that actually made sense) and then the water pump. The car had never over heated, leaked any fluid, or had the check engine light on. They kept the car for over a month and charged $1923 for the repairs. Awesome service :) This has been the best experience of buying a car. Marquardt + Cara Cannon = Great Deal! I went in to Marquardt, not really knowing what I wanted or needed in a car. Cara Cannon assisted me in finding the perfect vehicle and at a very reasonable price! She went over every detail with a fine-toothed comb and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend both Cara and Marquardt for a new or used car.
Positive Experience I was very impressed with the relaxed, no pressure experience I recently had at Ritchey Cadillac. Salesman, Ray Eckert, was knowledgeable, pragmatic and let the car pretty much sell itself. This is the first vehicle that I've purchased from Ritchey, but had been using their service department since relocating to the area. I'm looking forward to continued great service with my new car.
