Stefan J Cuneo I just purchased a 2008 CTS Cadillac from Ray Eckert and was very pleased with the service and help by Ray. He explained carefully the features of this car and made it an enjoyable experience. So far everything has gone well I meet my service Consultant Don Webb which help me with getting my Auto Butler done, I was not to thrilled with the Clown Car they stuck me Until my Auto Butler was done. Buy your next car from Ritchey Cadillac!! EXCELLENT SERVICE! I??ve been a customer for Ritchey Cadillac for the past 3 years. Every time I have come to visit the dealership looking for a newer car, Mr. Ray Eckert and Mr. Larry Kelly helped me find what I was looking for! Car repair scam I brought my 2002 SL2 Saturn in for service to check about a possible oil leak. When I drove the car away, I started noticing that the accelerator was sticking, "coincidentally" just after I left the dealership. When I returned, I was told that there was some buildup that needed to be cleared out. While waiting for the car to be repaired, my girlfriend was able to hear at least two other service customers being told that their cars had the same issue.

Tom S - Washington,DC Very happy with our new 2010 SRX. Mr. Glenn Clifton, Cadillac Sales, was very professional and cordial; both over the phone and in person. Arranged most of the deal from 800 miles away. It was a pleasant change of pace and attitude in Daytona. I certainly recommend Glenn and the staff at Ritchey Cadillac.
