Great dealership! I have brought my 1999 Chevy Suburban in a few times to have work done to it and have had nothing but positive experiences here. The service advisors are always great and I usually request to have the foreman work on my car since he has always done a good job, although I would feel comfortable with any of them working on my car. I would definitely recommend them if you want your car fixed correctly the first time! That's why I keep going back!

Reccommended Came here with my parents to get a small car for college. This was our third week of shopping and I almost gave up hope, but alas we found a place with a decent price, good customer service and a professional sales person. When I was at another dealer a few days ago I felt like I was transported to a 1980s bad movie - No customer service from a walking cliche. I was pleasantly surprised at Vacaville GMC and am a happy owner of a 2012 Chevy Malibu.

Great buying experience I bought a Canyon pick up from the Salesmen Fred last week. It was the best car shopping experience I have ever encountered. I am over 60 years old and have bought more than 10 cars in my life. The price was very straight forward and the Finance Manager Gil was very efficient. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from them again.

Top notch dealership We had an amazing experience with the service department, they always go above and beyond every time we bring our Yukon for service. The last time in the mechanics were already off but the foreman was still around and stood over an hour late to make sure we made our camping trip that weekend. The service advisors always treat my wife and kids like family

Dale Willey Automotive At this local GM dealer I was very impressed with how nice the facility is and how clean it is. Even if this isnt your dealership they offer you plenty of coupons to try to lure you back. They carry not only Pontiacs, but also Cadillacs for the wealthier. The owner even offered me a ride home to Kansas City when I was stuck in Lawrence.

Not great dealing!!! As we prepared to buy our new car we pay them a visit. The one we wanted was located at another dealership and they really did not want to go through the trouble to dealer trade...So we bougth somewhere else.

Rip off !! Weeks repair service is filled with individuals who are looking for a way to rip you off. Quite often one visit just won't take care of the problem. Why fix it on the first visit when you can get someone to bring their car back 4 or 5 times. They changed 3 spark plugs and charged my over $80 for the work. What a rip off!!!!

Traveler When purchasing you are treated like royalty and the sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent purchase deals can be made. Oil change took 4 hours after waiting 8 days for an appointment. Service appointments need made weeks out- lets hope there is no emergency.The first time in doesn't mean they fixed the problem. Definitely need better diagnosing and a restructuring of customer service policy to be more owner friendly when it comes to vehicle maintainence and repairs.

Friendly Folks and Good Service I have purchased several vehicles there and has so has my family. I was somewhat disappointed when GM canceled the Oldsmobile nameplate, and I hope that Hart doesn't lose its GMC {Truck} dealership due to the Government overtake of GM. All that being said, the folks there have always treated me fairly and followed through on promises made. And that says a lot.
