Great Experience Best experience I every had purchasing a new car. Negotiated on-line. Drove 150 miles to this dealership. Salesperson (Meoli) fully prepared and pleasant to deal with. Cost of vehicle exactly as I expected. No surprises. Love my Enclave.
Great Tire Prices! I needed new tires on my SUV and happened to be at Ritchey Cadillac, so I asked if they could give me a price. To my suprise they were actually LESS than the tire superstore I had planned on purchasing from, and their price included everything, no add-ons. I know if I have any problems with them the guys at Ritchey will be there to stand behind them. Bruce Dorph, the service advisor was so helpful. I will be back.
