I go to this Rita’s a lot and never had a bad experience until today. I just came back home and was eating my water ice and was surprised to find a bug in it. They gave the water ice to us with lids and we drove home, so it could not have just landed in it from the outside. There is one two three four and three kids three four adults and three kids we've been waiting out here for 20 minutes and the girls inside we can see her on her phone I will be mad if I was just business
