Usually don't have an issue with this location but the girl who served us today must have been new. I ordered my son's item first, small gelati vanilla ice cream cotton candy water ice she asked if we'd like a lid, my son said yes then gave us a lid entirely too big for the cup. Then I ordered my Mom's, a 5 layer gelati with vanilla ice cream... She walked away mid sentence and proceeded to make it with cotton candy water ice. Workers are friendly and always have good flavors!
Lazy staff... i wanted a misto 15 mins before close. I guess thats my fault. But they stop selling misto a half hour before close.
