i ordered a gelati and i came to the window and let me just say the service was a 0/10, nasty attitude, huffing and puffing and she just kept giving me dirty looks. i believe her name was honesty because that’s what it says on my receipt. i will be taking this to corporate because whoever is running this store is not running it right and has the wrong people at the window.

They literally never have anything. No pretzels, certain water ice they never have. After a certain point of the day they only accept card no cash. It's just what's the point of y'all? Then the lady sprayed me with whatever she was cleaning the counters with. If it's windy outside why would you spray a spray bottle the exact way the wind blowing and customers are right there? Now they're getting wet with cleaning supplies

Shame on the store manager , the. Health department needs to look at how they have a whole A.C. Inside the store , back part throwing heat and poison right on customers, it’s a health hazard , disrespectful , ignorant , reckless , unprofessional.
