I had a few good sessions w/ her but occasionally she was really snappy to me. I chalked it up as a bad day but then this was the final straw. I had a torn cornea / corneal abrasion that turned into erosion of the cornea. I had an optometrist and ophthalmologist diagnose me already. I went to see a specialist- paid out of pocket because I was in such pain and got that diagnosis. I have been going to Dr Rita Archer for almost 20 years and I have always had the best experience. She had always been cautious ans has always had my best interest. Not once has she ever been rude, but has always taken the extra time to talk to me about my concerns and has always made me feel like I was priority. I will be going to Dr. Archer until she retires! Which I hope is never!!!!

Been going to her for over 20 years. She is kind and understanding. Dr Archer is a great primary Doctor and she really cares about her patients. Never waited more than 20 minutes.

I will be looking for a new doctor. I recently had an appointment. In the past she has greeted me kindly. This last time she was incredibly rude, cold and condescending. She questioned why I take medication for anxiety which I have taken for 15 years. Refused to refill it unless I went to see a Psychiatrist! I have had to adjust my remaining pills by taking half a dose and weaning myself off. Knowing I will now suffer from anxiety makes me anxious! It's been hell. So unprofessional.
