My husband and I received a gift certificate for Rita and Joe's as a Christmas present. We've been going to this restaurant for Valentine's Day for years and planned to use it this Valentine's Day. We had no idea that they were going to be closing their doors just a month later!!! Was there no plan for gift card refunds? Why wouldn't they tell people who purchased gift cards that they would have to use them before the end of January? I am completely disappointed in the way in which this business handled this. I been going there since I was a child with my parents. I never had a bad meal. The food was delicious. I as so sad to see it go. Many parties and memories. �
Had lunch yesterday with 4 of my childhood friends. Food was great, sorry to s3e it is closing. We met here 5 years ago after not seeing each other for over 40 plus years. And it was wonderful. We met again yeaterday Same place. It was just as good yesterday
Been coming here since they opened in 1985, my mom came every Thursday night with her best friend Diane. I met my husdand Anthony there, loved poppa Joe and Miss Rita. And simply adore Isabella & the family. So many laughs, so many memories. Just smiles and wonderful new adventures to come Bella, new chapter but still old friends xoxoxo
