I went to Rita years ago and she was great! She really takes her time with children and knows how to get them to open up. She was very supportive and encouraging!
She is a wonderful person that listens and has a great way of getting things off your mind. It is great to do tactile things other than talking including reading and breathing that can get your mind relaxed by those if us with anxiety and trouble concentrating. Imhi she is a great therapist!
Rita wasn't a good fit for me as a therapist, but that doesn't mean she wouldn't be for someone else. I just wasn't interested in doing breathing exercises and drawing pictures. But I'm writing this review to warn people that she may be overcharging them. When I went, she told me that my copay with Capital Health Plan is $40 (the amount that my card says next to "specialist").
