Bottaio truly reminds me of dining in Rome; the hustle, the bustle, people enjoying good food and good conversation. Our server was very attentive and it was a busy Saturday night. He was professional and ... fun. Our meals, as always, excellent. The minute you walk in the door, the attention and care tell you that a fine dining experience is in your immediate future.
