In 2015 I was diagnosed with duodenal cancer. After major surgery, I was appointed Dr. Sawheny as my oncologist. He prescribed 12 rounds of chemotherapy, which I did. I was cancer free for five years, and seeing Dr. Sawheny for follow ups every 3 to 6 months, he never ordered one CT scan in the five years and during my 2 minute visits, he would always say “it’s not coming back” I believed him.
