Dr. James Riser and his staff has been my family physician for the past 20 years! There is NO other place I would go for medical advice. It is NOT just a profession for James it is his family, who he takes great pride in caring for on or off the clock! The medical field will have lost a true physician when he retires! I love you for your devotion, dedication and sacrifice through out the past 20 years of my life!
Dr Riser is an exceptional doctor that cares for his patients and their health. He covers all aspects of my visit and lab work, ensuring I understand the lab results and benefits of any medications I am prescribed. He also insures that I am only taking prescriptions that are beneficial to my present health status, thereby eliminating unnecessary items.
I’ve been coming to Riser Medical for a long time since 2004. I have been treated good and I have seen a few different Dr. in the years that’s passed. I definitely recommend this place for sure. They have pediatric doctors upstairs.
I was so frustrated with the new Oschner system at Dr. Riser's office because my son needed his medicine. But I didn't give up and took my son and physically visited Dr. Riser's office. There I was met by Dr. Riser's son who took my information and we were able to see the NP The nurse even enrolled us in the new Oschner system. I am so pleased. So if you are having the same trouble, know that they will help you like they did us.
