My reason for starting with RISE was knowing that to accomplish my goal of being the best golfer I can be, I needed to get stronger. RISE offers a great program for a great price that has helped me get closer to my speed goals the right way and efficiently. Coach Jon Marshall has done an excellent job at fostering an environment for people to get better, while enjoying the community of the gym. I started noticing improvements in my movement and the way my body felt after the first week. Speed wise it's taken around 2 months ... read more

I’ve been going to Rise for golf-specific TPI assessments and strength & conditioning, working with Dr. Jeff Smeaton, and the experience has been outstanding. We are so grateful for Jeff's exceptional coaching over the past three years. His training programs delivered results that were truly above and beyond our expectations. Under his guidance, Kirsten not only dramatically improved her strength but also increased her club speed by 10mph. The foundation built at RISE was instrumental in preparing her for NCAA D1 competition. Jeff's training approach including fitness, nutrition, and even remote support for minor injury was invaluable. He played an important role in Kirsten's tran... read more

Watching Sarah grow over the past couple of years has been nothing short of inspiring. Through tailored programming and consistent support, Sarah built the strength, mobility, and confidence needed to compete at the collegiate level. The training environment at RISE was always positive, professional, and deeply invested in her success. It’s clear that the care and expertise she received there helped shape her ... read more

As a golfer in my 60s, I found that golfing had gradually become more challenging. It seemed normal at first—just part of aging—but the stiffness, loss of distance, and persistent discomfort in my low back, shoulders, and elbows started taking away from my enjoyment of the game. Long rounds and regular play only seemed to make things worse, and I struggled to stay in posture, constantly compensating because of limitations in my hips, upper back, and shoulders. That's when I decided to visit Dr. Jeff Smeaton for an assessment... read more
