Jon and Jeff at Rise are amazing. Their knowledge, experience and professionalism are top tier. Jon has helped my body move better and feel stronger, all while I’m rehabbing an injury. Their clinic is located inside Burloak Indoor Golf (best golf facility in my opinion) and has a fully equipped gym and turf! If you’re looking to improve your golf game or just to move better and feel stronger, this is place to go.

I’m closer to 60 than I am to 50, and I spent three months training with Jon at RISE Rehabilitation and Performance Centre. The combination of movement work, stretching, and strength training was exactly what I needed. The Titliest Performance Institute (TPI) program was the perfect fit for my off‑season, and now that I’ve started my indoor golf training, I can already see the results. I haven’t had these kinds of analytics with my driver in three years, and even better—I’m feeling the difference. No back, elbow, or shoulder... read more

My reason for starting with RISE was knowing that to accomplish my goal of being the best golfer I can be, I needed to get stronger. RISE offers a great program for a great price that has helped me get closer to my speed goals the right way and efficiently. Coach Jon Marshall has done an excellent job at fostering an environment for people to get better, while enjoying the community of the gym. I started noticing improvements in my movement and the way my body felt after the first week. Speed wise it's taken around 2 months ... read more

I’ve been going to Rise for golf-specific TPI assessments and strength & conditioning, working with Dr. Jeff Smeaton, and the experience has been outstanding. I originally came in because I was feeling significant restrictions in my golf swing, particularly with rotation and creating separation between my hips and shoulders. We started with a thorough TPI assessment, which clearly identified specific weaknesses and limitations that were impacting my swing mechanics. After the assessment, Jeff sent me home with targeted mobil... read more

We are so grateful for Jeff's exceptional coaching over the past three years. His training programs delivered results that were truly above and beyond our expectations. Under his guidance, Kirsten not only dramatically improved her strength but also increased her club speed by 10mph. The foundation built at RISE was instrumental in preparing her for NCAA D1 competition. Jeff's training approach including fitness, nutrition, and even remote support for minor injury was invaluable. He played an important role in Kirsten's tran... read more
